i got these pads to help my son with accuracy for tae kwon do kicks. they work great. i wear large sized men's gloves and they are a little bit tight to get past the wrist strap but i believe that is adjustable. these are great for the value. there is adequate padding to handle kicks from my 10yo son who is a blue belt and 14yo daughter who is a black belt. great protection for the hands and easy to use. the kids love using it.

foam looks and feels solid. material is PU leather, its cheap and uses EPP foam like cushion. good enough for practice. will use and review how it stands up to the abuse.
