Surface of balls feels a bit plasticky and doesnt have 100% smooth finish as the chrome plated balls. But they are smooth enough to slide well in Your hand. Cover box is plated with fabric and looks nice on the table. So overall it is a good value for money - but I prefer all chrome plated balls more, even though they dont look as nice as these. I will try to polish them a bit in watery solution to smooth surface a bit more - to remove tiny imperfections from molding or some similar process.

The box isn't great, as is often the case with these balls. But the balls are good, better size than the usual 45mm.
