This is my worst experience with Banggood, would never ever order using India direct mail. I expected a better service than Gearbest.com but you shipping service turned out to be apathetic and customer unfriendly service. India has a number of worst and disgraceful shipping companies and Ecom Express which is a partner of ALLJOY Logistics is one of them. I literally chased my both the packages with multiple phone calls and ended up at a local warehouse to collect my parcel. This has wasted both my money and time. I will definitely write a big review on social media and youtube and warn my fellow Indians to never buy from Banggood using India direct mail. Ultimately it proved to be Gearbests shipping partner GATIKE is 100 times better than Banggood. A company like Banggood should choose their partners wisely when it comes to shipping to countries like India, we're 2018 and India is still in 1948 so a partner that can compete with global standards is a must. I am totally disappointed.
