This works perfectly and you cant go wrong. The unit is a lot smaller than i expected. The auto bind procedure is super simple to execute of the FS-I6. Has a short range so its not really suitable for a larger FPV quad. I am very happy with the DasMikro Receiver.

Works great. The range is not that great. I recommend modifying the antenna. After I modified the antenna I am getting more than enough range.

Works great. I had to put my TX in Bind-Mode to get a connection. Failsave also works.

Fantastic little item, but rather difficult to solder, because the signal tabs are on both sides of the board and there is no opening into the soldering points. Another version of this DasMikro RX I do have does have all signal tabs on one side and openings for putting the wire in before soldering, what makes the connection much easier and secure. Anyway, satisfied. Little difficult to bind, will have to try seveal times. RX stays in bind mode only for few seconds. So power rx and it will immediately go into bind mode for a very short time. Sit with your left hand one finger on the bind button of GT3C, other finger on the power button (but do not power on now), power up RX with your right hand and immediately power up TX in bind mode with your left hand. This will work. Trying the other way (powering up GT3C in bind mode and then powering up RX) for me never worked; have three of those DasMikro RX, did not work in any of them.

Glad I did as I had bridged to pads and had to go back and remove solder. I also made a dipole antenna for it; see the videos; and replaced the single wire. My flight controller died before I got to confirm fail safe and range. Will try to update this after I get my new controller.
