rupert Receivedmine yesterday - luckily no problem with the tracks which are straight and true but same issues with the raised parts of the the head piece which are a fraction too wide to sit in either the channels of the guide rail (festool, so that the head piece will not slide onto the guide rail without loosening the 2 cross head machine screws and negating any previous calibrating) or the red tracks as shown in your first image. This is a big problem as the whole production batch will be the same. Not sure yet how to get round this but it will certainly involve removing some metal and spoiling the finish. Maybe Banggood will have an answer. Also one of the shorter cross head machine screws is badly threaded and has to be replaced. These issues apart this is a well finished as yet unusable tool.

rupert @JunhanYu Notso with fitting the head piece to the channel in the saw track (Festool) as there is not enough clearance to slide it on with the fixing screws tightened. If the headpiece had been machined correctly there would be enough extra clearance - try it!

BG111737201 @JunhanYu ifthe headpiece doesn't sit inside the channels it will never be in the same place in relation to the tracks. So the dimension markers are no longer true and certsinly no guarantee on perpendicularity. the problem is not the groove on the headpiece but the bowing of the track in the sectional plane as it brings the channels closer. In theory one can force tightening the screws on the headpiece but could shear the thread which will render the whole bit useless.
Banggood asked me to consider a full refund but I need to confirm the potential cost for return to China from England. It would be much better for them to arrange a collection as it is likely they have a courrier business rate account. I'd much prefer for Banggood to send a pair of track segments as replacement.
