I ordered this case as I have the soldering iron sets bought last year. I just want to put all the soldering iron, tips and other stuff into one place. I have ordered this case and it arrived about 10 days later. When I unboxing it, it looks great, but with some defect on it. I contact banggood via the claim form about this matter, until now, there is no action. After that I send banggood asking for support 3 times, but there is no response either. What happened banggood ? Anything wrong here ? I like to buy my things from banggood, but this time is seem not right at all. I think banggood customer support is the best before. I don't know what happened, but this time, I have this product quality issue and got no support at all.
