This little car is very easy to assemble, and could be assembled by a student in elementary school. The parts are well made, and all of the screw holes line up with the parts. It is a simple series circuit, demonstrated in a fun way. The small motor is very energetic. The instructions are in Chinese, but the pictures are good enough for any hobbyist to be able to assemble the car. Younger children should be supervised- the car is not inherently dangerous, but with fresh batteries the propeller spins at a VERY fast rate, and it hurts if the propeller blade hits a finger. While neither I or my teenager have been cut, we have both been stung by getting in the way of the propeller while trying to stop and pick up the car in motion. I could see where a smaller child (preschooler) might be able to hurt themselves with the propeller.
