dayshy63566 i got this for my ender 3 i fitted it and even din 3 prints before it leaked black pla everywhere. i know its cheap and shouldn't expect much but at least want it to work. also i noticed heat creep on the first 2 prints with cooling fans at max. over all wont buy again and will move to v6 hotends
dayshy63566 works as expected altho could be more compact

Burplerlcbm you can go for up to 280 or a bit more maybe, but always use a controller (PID+SSR or relay). Do not connect it directly to 220V
