Performs flawlessly. Use it on my FX-79 FPV platform. Have had it out to 1.5 miles with stock antennas. When I replace the antennas I expect 3-4 mile depending on conditions. I did reomove the case to lighten it, as well as drilled a few vent into the case for cooling, though it probably didnt need it. This is an internatonal version, so U.S. customers be mindfull of which frequencies you use as this unit has only two channels that are US legal, 8 which is 1240mhz and 9 which is 1280mhz. The remaining channels are reserved for FAA aircraft navigation beacons.

Awsome FPV platform. Fastest shipping EVER. Ordered it on a friday, shipped on saturday and arrived at my door on monday morning! Big plane but easy to hand launch. Very well thought out design. Huge avionics and battery bay. Allows you to arrange it to your delight. Very easy to put together as all the pieces align and fit together seamlessly. Flies very well, stable and predictable. Very nice glide characteristics. Using recommended motor with 60amp esc without bec, 5amp bec, vector flight controller, Hawkeye 433 tx and rx, 1.3ghz 800mw vtx, with 3s 8000mah battery. Get around 35 min flights at 2.5 miles. With a 4-5s 8000-10,000mah battery, would expect between 45-60+ min flight times. It breaks down easy for transport, even use the box it came in for transport. I don't have very much luck with 5.8, so when I ordered this, I was skeptical. But u had a tight fit, no room for a runcam. So I bit the bullet. I am absolutely impressed. Of all my 5.8 vtx's, this one is by far the best I have. The DVR isn't HD, but it does record good video. It does get HOT. I added a 40-20mm 12v fan, due to running it inside the fuselage if my Corsair, but I haven't had any issues what so ever. I definitely will be buying more of these in the very near future!

EMAX produces great little servos. These are no exception. Use them on my FX-79 FPV platform. They perform flawlessly. Will be buying more.
