Are you trying to make a joke because I am not laughing at all. You sent me new copter because the camera was upside down in the my original purchase. Great you agreed to send me a new one YAY. The copter that you sent me has the camera installed upside down. YES THE REPLACEMENT COPTER YOU SENT HAS A CAMERA INSTALLED UPSIDE DOWN. JUST LIKE THE FIRST ONE YOU SENT.. IS THIS A JOKE??? I AM NOT AMUSED AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK OR A NEW COPTER. WHAT THE HELL IS THE MATTER WITH YOU ??? I believe you have a quality control issue. DON'T MAKE IT MY ISSUE

Contests make think your getting a deal and here's the deal. You make cheap products, sell at 100% mark up, customer service is non existent..well that's not fair, I will say response's from customer service "make sense no me too and you, bad understand" However that being said banggood is still one of the most inexpensive sites online to buy quadcopters

I received E012HW in very fast time. Because I got it so quickly I couldn't wait to fly it. And it fly's great, but device is defective. Case on top of copter loose and unattached moment I take out of box. I pressed it back in place but it wont stay on But fly it anyway I want to see how performs and records video. I formatted SD card 2GB and put it in device. Start it up and it fly's well. Press record button and copter seems to go in to headless mode and fly's wildly of coarse and will not record video. Very disappointed, I want this copter but want one that is already put together and performs all of it functions properly. I ordered many products from banggood and will continue to be a good costumer if you will help me.

Device works poorly. Does not hover, it go floor to ceiling, floor to ceiling. Very hard to control. I have flown drones before so it is not ME. Button on remote broken. I would like a replacement
