richiebricker If youre gonna upgrade the wheels then you need to get the $10 adapter. Im uprading mine and oil shocks as well. This is one awesome lil car, almost indestructable. I did break the spoiler and after a year and a half broke a pinon gear that was easy to replace

richiebricker The front shafts are plastic and the rear have metal shafts The shafts have "Ball" joints which i guess is continuous velocity. It does have a braking system that slows down before changing direction
