weseng Hey Kidrock. More than one possibility here but sounds most likely you are running the motors with props off for testing which will cause the motors to overspeed when connected to Betaflight especially if you have Airmode turned on. If so try with Airmode turned off in Betaflight and disconnected and run with battery only. Alternately you can install props and arm on battery only to see if the problem goes away, just keep finger on the disarm switch to test in case you need it. I haven't had this problem with the Hornet but did have it with a different quad but as soon as I installed the props and flew it everything was fine. To resolve some issues especially hard landings I always put Airmode on a switch so I can flip it off for takeoff and landing.

Kidrock they won't send you anything I've being trying to get my drone that won't fly replaced for over a month now and they still give me a runaround it's the new vcopter
