Its the cheapest 12v (I measured 17v) I can find online. Quality is good though item came in an extremely flimsy package (minimal padding). I would recommend it!

Brought to charge a 17ah 12v battery on our boat works well and charged with no probem. You have to have your own cables of course but pretty simple to wire up.
