I'm using the UTFT librairies from www.rinkydinkelectronics.com Configuration in Arduino IDE (for this screen and this shield) : UTFT myGLCD(ILI9341_16, 25, 26, 27, 28); URTouch myTouch(6, 5, 32, 3, 2); I did not try the SD card slot, but the one on the TFT screen works well. WARNING : by default, this board is configured to 5V. If your screen works only with 3.3V like me, you'll have to unsolder JP1 and JP3 and solder JP2 and JP4.

Connection manual should be part of the package. As it is for DUE , the default soldered jumpers should be for 3.3V not for 5V.
