It is a nice reflective vest, then the lights just make you brighter than ever. The lights can be off, blink, or be on steadily. Good range of fit. We got some lighted dog collars and rechargeable batteries for those from Banggood as well. Nobody is getting within a block or two without knowing where we are, for sure. The first one Banggood sent us had about half of the lights working. I sent them a photo and description of the problem, and they sent out a replacement immediately. Nobody can do better than that.
