Made the kit up and worked - nothing fancy but cost a small faction of a European kit manufacturers equivalent. Not as many frills as the later ie red LEDs only and led didn't go out after spin but a the price a great deal.

Unlike the Vellmann Kit that whose LEDs are 2 yellow ( LEDs 1 & 6 ), 4 red ( LEDs 2, 4, 7 & 9 ) & 4 green ( LEDs 3, 5, 8 & 10 ) and therefore is more colorful when it spins round this kit just has 10 red LEDs for postions 1 to 10. I also found on power-up LED 1 illuminated and that the LED it stopped on, after the button was pressed and spin activated, remained illuminated so I replaced the supplied battery holder with a switched enclosure for 2 AA cells. No frills but very cheap when compared to the Vellmann kit and no SSD ( CD4069UBE )
