If you feel light pinching use a tighter bra or more gel to help the pads make contact. It is possible to use the pads without the gel but make sure the pads are pressed firmly against the breast. It's also strong, the most I can handle is power level 2 but I keep it on level 1. The pads say they are for up to D-cup but I'm H-cup and they fit fine. If you have large boobs it still works.
