Clock has a large number display which can be very bright and easily viewed from across the room at night. I chose green LED's which have a higher visibility than the standard red. FM radio performs well with a nice soft and pleasant tone. The only complaint is that the user is required to supply a 5 volt USB adapter. Perhaps this was left out to reduce cost and maintain the slim nature of the unit. Users should be aware that this is a quartz based clock which does not use the 60Hz time base of standard 110V wall outlet voltage. This means that the time will require periodic adjustments unlike standard 110V wall clocks which usually maintain accurate time. I do not wish to sound negative but a perspective buyer should be fully informed.
