Const13 I had used it for my battery a lot of times and was ok but the last time it did not stopped giving power to it and my battery overheated and exploded. You have to be very careful with this and use it after strict supervision , especially if the battery has problems (eg. is old or is suspicious for short circuit)

Const13 It depends on the battery quality but in my case , it is about 10 to 15 hours.

Const13 No touch screen , there are buttons in order to use it

Const13 The transformer that converts the 220v ac for your door bell does not convert to dc but to ac (usually to 12v ac or to 15v ac)

Const13 The product can be powered in three ways : 1) By placing 3 18650 batteries in the battery department of the doorbell OR 2) By connecting the two terminals at the back of the video doorbell to 16-24V AC. Be carefull the video doorbell will be fried if you put over 24v AC. Also , if you supply less than 16V AC it will not function properly especially at night when needs more power 3) By connecting it to 5v dc (using the micro usb at the top of the video doorbell)

Q: can it be used wirelessly? Or does it have to be plugged in to be used?

Const13 It can not be used wirelessly, only plugged in. It hasn't battery inside. If you use a strong battery it is possible to use it for a small period of time.
