Q: Does this work on the 4G mobile network as the 2G network is not available in Australia

Orbiter007 Check with Vodafone. Vodafone runs a 2G network in NZ and have not intention to switch it off. I can not vouch for the quality of this unit or functionality of the web tracking

Orbiter007 It is designed as audio input for GPS tracker. You need to buy GPS Tracker that uses audio microphone input.... then you can plug this in. It allows you then to listen to remote location where the tracker is.

Orbiter007 the device will be powered by 12vdc...I can see the small power socket at the base. I see the unit comes with AC>DC power adaptor. Most of these adaptors are 110 - 220 VAC. If it is only one rating, you can still get your correct one at your local electronics store and get the correct AC-DC adaptor. Its an easy solution to solve.
