"60W output" is a nonsense, it is a 6W LED. EU plug converter unusable in 3pin sockets. On the other hand I've received it including the turntable.

Works great when running. Problem comes when the source device turns off. In my case, when I switch off the set-top-box connected with optics, it starts to produce a sharp hiss (source is the converter, the hiss continues even when the toslink cable is unplugged). Only help is to switch the STB on and off (sometimes it helps) or power-cycle the converter (manually unplug, not an option from bed). It could be used when powered from USB of the settopbox, but I'm using it to avoid an antenna ground loop, if I power it from the STB, it is the same as connecting the audio directly to the speakers (50Hz hum). I have 2 pcs, both work the same.

Very nice build, the only grudge for me is that it is fixed 4x4 (no diferential). Most of the "extra" parts have their places. Packaging was a simple unsealed box that didn't hold together, but nothing was missing.

Hroch Realtek RTL2832P (DVB-T) Sony D2837ER (DVB-T2 and others) I'm still trying to get it running on linux (the T2 frontend doesn't get registered for me...)

Q: How to switch the HDMI output to 1080p? It outputs 720p only. A bit disappointing as I've bought the more expensive version just because of the 1080p. Recording is 1080p, HDMI preview is 720p instead of 1080p
