Assembly was straight forward with the provided instructions. Put together and testing printing in less than an hour... maybe 30min. The atomstack3d site has much better documentation vs when it was announced for pre-order. There is a guide on how to operate it usng lasergrbl if you haven't found any Youtube videos describing setup and sofware use. In addition the shipping was fast! When first notified that the item was shipped in mid-March, a May date was given. That was disappointment especially given that shipping was supposed to be 15-30 days... to my surprise within 2 weeks of shipping notification it arrived!

Wish I had waited longer so I could see the other poster's comment about the material this is made of... its plastic. When I received my Ender 3 from Banggood... the metal one that is on the Ender 3 had the 3 prongs bent. Thought that this was the same part... :( Would be great to have description updated to indicate the part is made of plastic for those looking to purchase.

LittleBigOne to address the issue with the SD card...have you tried adding the microSD extender cable?

This my third CR10 printer. The first I bought print for now more than thousand hours and work very well. The assembly is really quick and easy and just after a quick tuning you can begin to print as many things you want. The big volume allow you to print big pieces or to print lots of pieces at the same time. I receive mine with a broken Z coupler but Banggood send me a new one. So I'm pleased about the after sale service. 3Dprint is my job for more thant 4 years now. I tried a lot of different printers, and I was really impress by the quality of this printer compared to the price. I use them in my production process everydays. Just two things I don't like : The filament hole for filament insertion is to close to the Z axis screw. There is a gap between the metal frame of the electronic box and the micro sd card slot. My micro sd card fall into the box several time and it's not really funny to open the box to retreive the micro sd card.
