JakeEri Yes. 4in1 Multimodule can do both. ACCST 1 is called FrSkyX and ACCST2 is called FrSkyX2.

JakeEri There is not definitive answer. It depend on your setup. What transmitter, receiver and so on you have. Also your personal taste. Ask help from someone who has experience on RC planes.
