I bought 2 units. Delivery was fast (6 days from CZ depo). The product has a good value for money but has some flaws too: - it should include 2 oscilo probes not only (a cheap) one; the included probe doesn't EVEN have the rings to match channel colors; - the dmm probes are cheap too and they match those that are pesented in product photo; - In just a 2 hours of tests a found a few firmware bugs like irresponsive user interface, erroneous masurements in oscioscope mode ( I will contact manufacturer regarding those). - I could take out battery cover ( I changed the included LI-Ion with more powerfull ones), but I COULDN'T mount back due to some design flaws. I had to take out unit back cover to fix the battery cover. I like the ideea behind the product and the mobility. I hope that manufacturer will solve those firmware problems through an update. Firmware version that was shipped with the units is 3.2.0.

Price / quality ratio is good. The cables doesn't appear to be silicone. Are marked: "OD:3.5mm PVC 1000V".

First I want to say that delivery was fast: I received the product after 6 days and 1 hour (shipped from CZ to EU country). About the product: I rated it only 4 stars because it has a mechanical design flaw (check the attached images): the supply board it's mounted using only 2 screws - the orange rectangles - and one of those screws had the thread already damaged. No mounting point down - red square. With this design flaw it wouldn't pass a quality test that consists of "drop and vibrations test". I checked components soldering quality and was OK. The ground is present and the connections was OK. The current has an offset of -15 mA (in the second picture the green DM indicates the voltage (under it measured voltage history) / the red DM is current). Anyway I recommend it for small projects.

Manufacturer doesn't provide any user manual in any form in package or online. The product has features like temperature calibration / switching from C degrees to Fahrenheit. Each user has to test and discover those. Even the product has good value for money - you can't use it at it's full potential.

Q: Is the RS485 interface providing info about currently read voltage, current, values? Does it write continuously that data as an output or will it require to be "asked" about those values any time i need it?

BG133911955 You will need an USB to 485 converter to use the PC. The readings are done automaticaly. Check the product images (the 3rd one with a PC or Mac).
