GaLogic It is made to mount on contacts on top of the drone. If you are savvy with electronics you can determine which pins are power but the app interfaces with the drone and not sign directly. So without the drone I can't see you being able to use the app to control the expression board. It would take some research (tear down a drone and dig in).
