Q: bought from your site and you haven't provided me with proper links for indian map download.....and junsun official store denied to take responsibility for purchases from other sources....and so i bought another one from their store and they immediately provided links to map downloads and installation videos.....should have made this decision before...that would have saved me a lot of money

Q: sorry to say but the product from official site comes with igo primo navigation app...but yours comes with some navi app which i can't even find anywhere on the internet...and this reply from you saying free maps download it from google... without giving a proper link is even more irritating....google maps are for Android but this is a windows device....should have bought from the junsun site itself.

Q: How convenient...."Free maps download it from google"...this is a very brief answer... like google just giving away maps and we just need to line up and wait our turn and get one...without even knowing wat navigation app is installed in the device

Q: what's with this contradictory information....header says it's a 7" one while the product description says 5"....which one of it is this exactly....and can u assure me if I'd get the same product as it was shown and mentioned on the product page.
