Q: can it works with battery 4S?

Donald It's designed for 2-3S voltage. A 4S voltage would smoke the ESC. But what would destroy the motor is heat from too high a load. You might run the motor on 4S with a 4S rated ESC, but if it got too hot, it would be ruined.
