Q: Hi after a year of good work the app gives only black screen i can't watch live deleted and reset many times nothing everything else works ok (alarm message e.t.c) any ideas?

marek2015 Exactly the same issue: Not used for several months. The app says connection lost. Camera works, blue LED lit. Seems to be connected to wifi but app can't view and control the cam. Application fault?

info It'sa shitty product, so best you throw it in the bin. Digoo is using this product only for the purpose of selling high priced cloud storage. Stay away!

rudyvk Havenot used this function before.. I believe you can only use it with whatever Digoo delivers.

Q: do not buy, this camera is a bitch to setup and all the nice features have to be bought (costs upwards of ***** per month!!!!) Not worth the money this thing.

marek2015 Access to the cloud costs money nevertheless without subscription we have still access online to the cam moreover we can remotely watch recordings from the SD card

Q: could you confirm, that after expiry of 14 day free usage of cloud storage, without subscription, still I will have access to the camera scene (view) online. Access to the settings will be assured but only preview of recordings will be unavailable. Moreover, recordings will be stored on TF(SD) card. I need confirmation or correction of above.
