I had two major problems with this gears: 1) The clutch plate (the red disc) will not fit on the largest gear. Maybe I just received a bad gear but I can see from the reviews that I am not the only one. 2) After I manage to replace all the plastic gears with this metal set in the gearbox, I discovered that the gearbox was not working as smoothly as with the plastic (original) gears. I put it on the car and the inferior performance was obvious. Less speed and more noise. Don't recommend.

Bought a pair to upgrade the original ones on a Feiyue FY03. The size is OK. But the performance is identical to the original ones. Plus they came apart (both of them) very easily after only 10 minutes of playing with the car. I’ve just put back the original ones witch are holding very well. Don’t recommend. Waste of time and money.
