Just an FYI: I can only give an initial impression of the device as I have had it for 1 day only. I live in the UK and the package took approximately 14 days to arrive (tracking information is a bit slow with GLS but it gets there eventually). First thing to do is boot the laptop up, go through the procedure and make sure you login (even though it's still Chinese software) to a Microsoft account. This way you will keep your license code. after that, reinstall English Windows 10 and login with your Microsoft account and your license will be activated. Drivers will need to be reinstalled, you can get these from AMD website and a few restart of the laptop should enable windows to find the driver's itself, just make sure you have an internet connection via wire until your WiFi drivers are up and running. The laptop is smooth and quiet and feels great. Beautiful screen too. If you have any questions please feel free to ask. Thanks.

Ramarvelous Non è corretto, se vai nelle impostazioni ti dà le informazioni dettagliate (processore Ryzen 4500). 4500 è il modello del chip, ma il chip fa parte della serie Ryzen 4000 😊😊😁 Grazie per la review

dopo molti problemi per il settaggio della lingua e del sistema dato dal firmware cinese, oggi è arrivato e di ancora sperimentando i pro e i contro.. ma a questo prezzo davvero ottimo. accorgimento che non corrisponde alla descrizione è il processore: amd ryzen serie 4000 e non 4500

Q: This may be a very silly question but after reading the description and seeing that in the languages section it only has Chinese, this laptop surely has other selectable languages right?
