Muthukrishnang It just works like a 2 way fixed switch. However, it may also fit in your requirement as you can control it through the app. You can turn it on momentarily and can switch off

Muthukrishnang You can't control different phases. Rather, This switch can be connected as a 2 way switch setup with one physical and the other smart switch

Muthukrishnang I never had the similar issue. you may check the wiring once and also see if there is any option to reset the smart switch from the app
