This a replacement for a faulty item The service that I received from this seller regaurding a replacement was Excellent. Once the seller was contacted about the matter and received the photos that he required he at once ordered a replecement sent to me which I received within a few days The item its self is a excellent peice of equipment and the best I have ever bought (and with having 3 sons I have bought a lot in the passed) as stated in the sellere advert this is quick blowing your tyres up and is not as noisey as some of the orthers If you are looking to buy a tyre inflater then I would recommend buying this one from this seller for service and value
