The product arrived as described. Package was unopened and packed in cushioned envelopes for crush protection. I purchased 10 connectors. All arrived safe. See attached pictures. Happy with the product. To ensure guaranteed delivery, I did pay for postage, tracking delivery, and insurance. I had a bad experience with an ebay seller for a similar product who offered free postage, but I never received the product even after 3 months.I suspect (my opinion) that they listed the product price too low and pretended to ship item, but did not do so.
