I really enjoyed this project! I loved the variety of components, including the thermistor and photoresistor. They make make this a surprisingly capable and useful device. The default firmware is not so great, though. It is 24-hour time and Celsius only, and the light dimming is not very sensitive - it has to get very dark to kick in. But, my favorite part is that the firmware is reprogrammable! There are contact points on the board for a UART connection, and you can flash your own custom firmware to it. Look around the Q&A section here and you can find custom firmware that greatly improves the functionality (like 12-hour time, Fahrenheit, etc.) Highly recommended kit!
