I ordered form "CZ" store to Bulgaria. It came in 6 days directly to the address with no TAX. When I received it shows 4 led lights on charge indicator (FULLY CHARGED). I connected it "out of the box" to an old used battery which at the moment showed 12.08V and immediately measured the voltage of 14.5V - the JUMP STATER worked as expected. After 2 min I removed power cables and the voltage of the car battery dropped to 13.2V. During connection time a clicking noise of a relay was heard from power cable box indicating some charging in progress I guess (maybe a safety relay). After that I plugged in USB for charging and LED indicator flashed 3-4-3-4-3-4... LEDs - obviously charging from 75 to 100%. I left it overnight according user manuals instructions to get initially full charge for at least 7 hrs. Did not tried to start a car but looks promising. Did not tried POWER CHARGE MODE by pressing the small button on cable box. I Think to keep it in glove compartment and occasionally use it as smartphone power bank to maintain some charge-discharge cycles.
