The Good: my laptop fits (as pic) very well; the secret pocket and the top pocket are great; there is zipped pocket (as pic) for the power charging cord; generally a great backpack. Suggestions: a little more padding in the base of the laptop pouch to better protect the laptop when the backpack is stood upright; a ring on the outside to attach sunglasses or similar, a ring on the inside to attach keys or similar, more pockets on the inside. The BAD: the backpack had been used for only 3 days when one of the Zipper-pulls from the laptop pouch broke (as pic). This is very disapointing for the price and promotion of the backpack. Shame Kingsons, the GCC brand zipper (as pic) has let me down :( Disappointed, Klaus
