The measurement is only to show the difference in power of the flashlights, it is not the value of the light intensity with which the flashlights shine. The test was performed with the same charged batteries. The description states that the flashlight includes a charger and a lanyard. This is possibly an error in the description. The set does not include a charger and lanyard. Quite long waiting time for shipping.
