Fairly easy to solder, but one problem which the instructions do not mention is the fact that JYE Tech have decided to sabotage their product by disabling the rotary control after a linmited number of power-ons. You then have to contact JYE Tech and provide the number printed on your PCB... meaning you now have to disassemble the product again to find it. All of this assumes you have not thrown the product away - because JYE Tech DO NOT TELL YOU that you need to contact them for an activation code. I understand their need to clamp down on illegal copies, but this is a poor implementation.
