the clamp it's cool holds fairly well nothing outstanding but does the job. Note: the attachment to the clamp doesn't allow the Gopro quick release to properly fit into its lodging so pay attention when using or you might lose arm and foremost camera... The arm doesn't hold position being basically useless. I'll try wrapping some tape around it to make it stiff and only use the swings at the extremities while they hold a bit more...
