Unit was exactly as shown on the order page. Very well made/assembly engine. Minor assembly is required - piston and piston connecting rod need to be attached to the crankshaft. On piston connecting rod had to be slightly adjusted to stay on the crankshaft. I did place engine over a cup of hot water (not quite to the boiling point) and after the bottom heat plate warmed up, a couple of spins of the flywheel - the engine did run. After removing the engine from the hot water, it continue to run for a couple of minutes. I did place a minuet amount of light oil on the points of the crankshaft bearings, connecting rods. DO not oil or lubricate the piston in any manner. Piston needs to be clean and dry.
