Által foonatic08/06/2018Cob light are much brighter than SMD ones. I opened up to check battery and led. The battery is not of 1800mah it's around 1200mah. And the cob led consumes about 0.4 amp (1.5 watt). The only cons is there is no dim light mode the light only turns on for 30 second upon motion detect.
Által off grid23/08/2018Motion light works great. Sensitivity is good, very bright for a battery powered unit. Works completely as expected. Good value so far. But right out of the box, first day in the sun the name plate across the front peeled off from the heat of the sunshine. Pressing it back on does no good, it just peels itself right back off the first time the sun shines on it again. Kinda stupid to use a name plate that can't deal with sunshine on a solar powered device. Not a big deal, peel it off and throw
