befreestudios there are some pretty decent kits. Just search model number upgrade brushless. just make sure you get the right servo esc combo

befreestudios If you take off the cover that is covering the electronics inside, you can swap the wires on the board going to the small motor controlling the steering. They are very small, so be careful when de-soldering them from the board, are re-soldering them back to the board.
