donaldsneffe Yes,you can fill them with oil. But it is tiny.

Q: these cannot fit both the WPL trucks and the MN trucks. the axles are not the same. MN axles and mounting bracket is wider. Do you have an answer for this?

BG444854450 I bought this and the metal brackets go on the axles are small for mn 90. They are for Wpl only. Also you need to buy the shimming washers for the screws go on the chassis connecting link rods since holes on mn chassis are bigger. Not recommending this kit for mn 90 or 99

Q: These are not D90 stock wheels. They were solid wheels. These are for the D96 or D99. I think that the rubber compound changed between the models. Are these kit tires or RTR tires?

Jaymo78 they are not painted. they are molded in whatever color it is. Goof off or adhesive remover may work
