At 12V these LED'S draw over 2 A current. They are clearly NOT 5W, but 24W!!! With this current at 12V cooling will be VERY important. When applying ~9.5V, the current is ~0.5A. At this voltage they are operating at 5W. The delivered LED's are NOT suitable for the application. Banggood, please provide an accurate description.
